Right Now.

Make a list as you are falling asleep.  Express gratitude for everything you love in your life.  Can’t think where to start?   “I am grateful for the surface I am sleeping on.  I am grateful for the air I am breathing.  I am grateful for the dark/light/quiet/noise around me.”

Find appreciation for whatever you can wherever and whenever you can.

If you hurt you can be grateful you can feel that.

Sincere gratitutde softens your energy field, brightens it, and helps to open your heart.

It creates an energetic resonance in which positve change is more likely.
