Status Update

Whoo Hoo!

I haven’t posted in the last several days as I was taking time for me!  I finish up a 5 day spring-cleaning green juice cleanse tomorrow, and I have exciting materials underway.  Tomorrow I begin a series of posts on how to work with Creative Healing Expansion, Spark your Spirit, and Overcome Resistance to Your Divine Flow.

THANK YOU to all of you who have stopped by my site, joined my mailing list, and shared all your wonderful feedback and support.  I am thrilled to be able to share practical resources for re-igniting your transformation and creating the life you adore.  Like the Bikram Yoga motto – “It’s never too late, it’s never too bad, you’re never too old or too sick to start from scratch once again” – Bikram Choudhury.  And if you have been drawn to this site than I guarantee  YOU are not starting from scratch!

Lots of work still happening behind the scenes for my website re-design.  I am waiting on a final proposal for The Soul Spark Coach’s new logo…after that I expect things to start manifesting quickly!

And finally, I’d love your feedback:

Would you like to see recipes for green juice and more information on detoxification protocols?  I haven’t posted any recipes this week as I have been drinking my juices rather than eating yummy raw food creations, and there are lots of great juicing resources out there.  But I certainly can if that is of interest to you.

Remember, to get back in the flow and re-inspried, you can align your thoughts, your environment, or your physical body more closely with your higher spiritual vibraation or frequency.  At any given moment, if you go inside and take a minute to ask, you will find that at least one of these feels good to take action on.  So you are never stuck!  Listen to an inspiring audio track, organize a closet or paint a picture, or upgrade your food or “sweatiliciousness” (wasn’t that more fun than “exercise”?)

Talk to you tomorrow – Happy Spring!
