I highly recommend Laura Lowry and her work. Laura is on a conscious path of living the fullness of her Soul. Because of this she "shows up" fully present with an open mind, loving heart, and a spirit of commitment. Laura's program was a perfect blend of information, inspiration and practices that could be easily added to even the busiest of lives. Each module was beautifully presented, very clear and easy to understand. The insights I gained during the program were fantastic and the information on sugar consumption is amazing... I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in learning more about their health, their food choices and those ready to commit to taking responsibility for creating an amazing life.
One of the best ways to know that you traveling your spiritual path is that you find yourself evolving. You grow into new forms that both include and transcend what you were before.
Labyrinth: A symbol of the spiritual path.
While co-facilitating the workshop Success For Healers (presented by Success Without Sacrifice) last weekend, I came across this definition of a Labyrinth: “An unbroken path without tricks or dead ends.” What a lovely definition of the journey towards our most authentic and whole Self; towards the living expression of Spirit through our own heart and heart-led actions.
On such a journey you become more of who you already are, you shine brighter, and you serve more people; all while exploring new and exciting edges.
At least that’s been my experience!
What Happened
You may notice that as The Soul Spark Coach I have not been blogging or writing new recipes! What’s up with that? In the simplest sense, I got too busy!
Busy growing and creating, learning and beginning to nurture a long-held-dream of working with my beloved husband, Tim Lowry. And it’s been very powerful!
I’m working full time as the Money Goddess (how can you not LOVE that?!?) at Success Without Sacrifice, the business my husband founded to help leaders of all kinds integrate their actions with their Spiritual Path. Tim has a gift for creating masterful insight, and a passion for using that insight to power action that is aligned, effective, and creative.
And should that path include starting, branding, expanding, or marketing a business that makes you fabulous money, I’d love to share my expertise with you! Together our talents have combined to create something bigger than either of us alone, something bigger than I could have imagined — and THAT was exactly what I set out to do when I first visioned The Soul Spark Coach.
So I’m thrilled with the evolution of soul to success…
How It Started
But wait, let me back up a bit….
My own healing journey, and my background in healing through food, led me to Raw Food.
The up-leveling and clarity of Spirit I experienced through raw food allowed me to expand past anything I had previously imagined for myself. Having been an entrepreneur my whole life, and seeing a new way to combine my healing and coaching skills, I started The Soul Spark Coach. As a Certified Raw Food Coach, I had an absolutely amazing, exciting, trial-by-fire introduction to the fast-paced world of on-line entrepreneurship. That success brought me many exciting opportunities.
But one opportunity in particular called to me, daring me to shout again the great, cosmic, YES! and strap in for the ride. :)
You Get What You Ask For, And I Asked For More….
It started so innocently: “Honey, I have this idea…will you help me take my business online?”
Have you ever been joyfully blindsided by your own YES? I found the more I was able to say that clear powerful YES!, the more the universe conspired to speed my evolution and growth past all the little safety barriers and comfort zones I thought to hold so tightly to.
A bit of part-time behind-the-scenes business help has grown into a full-time dream-come-true: creating a business from the ground up with my husband, Master Healer Tim Lowry, that has a world-wide reach and a deep sense of service.
Continually stepping up into the larger space has proven challenging, exhilarating, and profound. It’s a new moon in the ebb and flow of my path, and the only thing I am completely certain of is that there will be more growth and change ahead.
What Now?
I am closing down The Soul Spark Coach — though I am leaving all the great recipes and heartfelt blogs as a resource, a wish for your happiness and health, and a reminder that wherever my path takes me I remain committed to this truth:
There is a path to healing — to a life of joyful meaning and service — for everyone.
